GPUPilot is operated by Amihai Habani (Israel). Contact: amihai.habani@bynet.co.il.
From your Kubernetes cluster, the GPUPilot agent collects: node state, pod specs and status, GPU telemetry (DCGM), Kubernetes events, and (optionally, for troubleshooting) tailed container logs from failing pods. This is the only way the product can work โ it's the observational data GPUPilot analyzes.
From you: email address (via Firebase authentication), IP addresses you log in from (to restrict dashboard access), optional API keys for bring-your-own-model AI (stored encrypted).
We do NOT collect: Secrets values (only secret names are indexed), source code, user identities of your cluster's end users, or PII from your workloads.
All data lives in Google Cloud (us-central1): Cloud SQL for Postgres, BigQuery for time-series metrics, and Google Cloud Storage for ingest payloads. Each customer has an isolated Postgres database (`gpupilot_
Retention defaults: pod logs 7 days, snapshots 24 hours, GPU metrics 30 days. You can lower these from Settings โ Data Retention.
Only you (the account that installed the agent). GPUPilot staff may access your data only if you explicitly ask us to help debug an issue.
We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties. AI analysis is processed by Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, or your own self-hosted model depending on your configuration. Your AI provider's privacy policy applies to the prompts we send them.
Email us to request your data, delete your account, or correct anything. We will respond within 7 days. Deleting an account removes your Postgres database, GCS objects for your tenant, and user record within 30 days.
If we materially change this policy, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
